ILO frameworks covering eight fundamental conventions addressing labor rights, forced labor abolition, child labor prevention, and workplace discrimination. Management system standards ISO 26000 (Social Responsibility) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety). Multi-stakeholder initiatives including EcoVadis, SMETA audits, and SA8000 certification.

Disclosure Standards

GRI Standards 404-1, 404-2, 404-3 (training hours, program types, performance reviews) and UN Global Compact–Oxfam Poverty Footprint indicators.
